This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides Learners with a greater awareness of risks in the workplace and the measures that can be taken to control them.

During this 1 day course, Learners will gain a basic introduction into the principles of risk assessment. Topics covered include: main causes of work-related fatalities, basic processes for undertaking a risk assessment, key terms associated with risk assessments, methods that can be used to prioritise risks and more.

Who is it designed for?

The Level 2 Award in Principles of Risk Assessment (RQF) is ideal for anyone in a work environment.

Assessment

1 x 30 Multiple Choice Question Paper (Theory assessment) and continuous formative assessment conducted throughout the course. Refresher training recommended every 3 years

Refresher Training

It is recommended that you undertake this qualification every three years in order to comply with legal and statutory requirements.
